Single Column Tipper
The Eurobin Single Column Tipper from SYSPAL is a lifting and tipping solution for Eurobins which increases productivity and efficiency by saving on labour. Single Column Tippers reduce the risk of injury and accidents caused by the manual handling of Eurobins. With a safe working load of up to 350kg the Eurobin Single Column Tipper has a range of safety features, including anti-fall mechanical chain break safety columns and mechanical bin retention. There are a range of tipping mechanism options with tipping angles up to 55°, specified to suit individual applications. The Eurobin Single Column Tipper can be specified either mobile or bolt down and has a range of guarding options from full to skeletal guarding.
Tipper Options
Roller
The tip roller design allows a quick bin rotation and an increased tip angle up to 55°. This assists in transfer of difficult or sticky product. Typical applications would be high viscosity liquids, dough and pastry products or prepared vegetables. Chute and guard options available.
Curve
The tip curve design allows a more controlled tip function up to a tip angle of 40°. The low profile travel of the tip curve suits tight installations where height restrictions are a limiting factor. Typical applications would be low viscosity liquids such as stocks, sauces or free flowing grains, powders etc. Chute and guard options available.
Track Chute
The combination of a tip curve function and additional track mounted chute maximizes product control when feeding cooking kettles or vessels for similar processes. The track chute raises and lowers with the carriage during lift operation and is positioned prior to the tipping of the bin. Chute and guard options available.
