Carousel Conveyors
Carousel conveyors can also be known as ‘merry-go-round’ or ‘run-a-round’ conveyors. The carousel conveyors are used to keep product continuously moving without exiting the conveyor surface until required. A positive drive motor for smooth operation ensures the products are not compromised during handling. The conveyors are ideal for pick and place applications, or for holding product securely until it is packed.
All carousel conveyors are manufactured in durable 304 grade stainless steel and are extremely easy to sanitise and adhere to strict food production hygiene guidelines. SYSPAL’s carousel conveyors are available in increments of 254mm, which makes them flexible enough to be integrated into bespoke systems.
The variable speed function and removable barrier sections, allow the user to adjust the conveyor to suit the application. The HDPE belt is wear resistant and conforms to HACCP hygiene regulations.
