The peaks control kit allows the water temperature to be kept constantly between 48 and 51°C, which is ideal for the meat industry hygiene regulations. The rotating arms finish the cycle with overheated clean water, guaranteeing a deep rinse. The product range is completely produced in grade 304 stainless steel, this ensures it complies with the international food safety standards.
