A variable lifting height of up to 2000mm means that operators can use the multipurpose lifter to efficiently and safely store and stack lightweight pallets and containers at a variety of heights. This helps to protect operators from the risks of manual handling-related injuries and makes the task more efficient.
Another application where the forks attachment is particularly useful is in factories where trays are stacked up high and transported around on dollies and bogies. This is particularly common in the bakery sector. The forks configuration ensures that trays are always loaded or unloaded onto the dollies at a consistent working height. This prevents operator bending fatigue and again reduces the risks of manual handling-related musculoskeletal injuries.
