SYSPAL Column Lifters

Ingeniously designed to help you achieve the maximum level of safety at work. The Single Column Lifters have been designed with an electro-mechanical active interlock unique to the SYSPAL lifter. This, combined with the chain break safety mechanism providing the ultimate in lifting safety, prevents the lifter from operating if the bin is not located in the carriage arm correctly.

Height can be adjusted to suit most lifting parameters, as the lifter can be integrated with other equipment that you may have, or specific requirements for your factory. With a tipping angle of up to 55 degrees, the Single Column Lifter can reduce waste and optimise product usage. As the SYSPAL lifters are designed and manufactured in the UK, accessibility to information, measurements, trials and tests are on site and our specialists can discuss in detail with you.

Manufactured in 304 grade stainless steel to IP65 standards, SYSPAL's Single Column Lifter is perfectly suited for food and pharmaceutical industries. It can be used with 200l, 300l, chuted and clean line Eurobins and it is ideal for use in humid environments that need to be cleaned frequently with harsh detergents.

Fully compliant with BS EN13288, BS EN16672-2 & DIN 9797 the Single Column Lifter also now has a tipping height of 58 degrees, so is a must have piece of equipment when handling food and chemical substances.
