The bulk handling and transportation of products and ingredients around food processing factories throughout the world is typically carried out using stainless steel containers with nylon wheels.
These stainless steel containers are known to us at SYSPAL as Eurobins. However, around the world these containers are given a wide range of names such as: buggy, tote bin, dumper, euro buggy, transport carts, DIN9797 trolleys, V-mags and meat trucks.
Whatever their name, they are an essential piece of equipment for the food processing industry. Manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel to international DIN9797 standards, the bins are compatible with standardised food processing equipment.
120 litre, 200 litre and 300 litre Eurobins are the industry standard sizes that are versatile, robust and ideal for the demands of a busy food processing site. Using disposable Eurobin/buggy covers it’s easy to utilise the bins for an ingredients rotation cycle. The 200 litre and 300 litre Eurobins are also available in chuted versions for differing applications.
SYSPAL produce a range of equipment including tumblers, tippers, lifters, weighscales, storage and wash frames. Utilised for a variety of applications, this Eurobin compatible equipment can be purchased separately or as part of a sequence that we call ‘the single bin solution’. This is designed to be the complete solution for weighing, mixing and moving product with minimal manual input, as well as then washing and storing the Eurobin after the process.
