A lot of the bulk handling of ingredients in food manufacturing environments can involve time-consuming and manual-intensive processes. Manually weighing, mixing and transporting ingredients can have negative implications for productivity, employee safety and also compromise hygienic processes. This is something that SYSPAL understand and to improve these processes have developed a production sequence called ‘The Single Bin Solution’.

This is a series of mechanical handling equipment that’s designed to be the complete solution for weighing, mixing and moving product with minimal manual input, as well as then washing and storing the Eurobin after the process. The range includes a weigh scale, Eurobin racking storage, a Eurobin tumbler, a single column lifter or Eurobin tipper and a wash frame.

The Single Bin Solution offers a significant hygienic benefit because only one Eurobin is used for the entire process giving the producer more control. It also means that the Eurobin is only emptied and washed at the end of the process. This means that the ingredients are less exposed to the risks of cross-contamination caused by multiple bin transfers that could bring them in to contact with foreign bodies and residual waste.

Throughput and quality are greatly improved by the elimination of manual handling which streamlines the process and reduces product interference. This also aids employee safety as it reduces the risk of costly musculoskeletal injuries caused by repetitive lifting and moving of the bins.

Eurobin Weighscales

Manufactured from grade 304 Stainless steel for hygienic environments SYPAL's Eurobin weigh scales are designed to be fitted retrospectively, eliminating the need for floor pits and ramps whilst still maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Equipment available:250kg Eurobin weighscales, 350kg Eurobin weighscales,350kg pneumatic weighscales.

Eurobin Racker and Stacker

A modular Eurobin racking system that offers up to three times more storage capacity and improved batch control that can be installed in bespoke layouts designed to suit specific applications. Compatible with SYSPAL's Eurobin stacker that can safely lift and manoeuvre 200-litre Eurobins.

MIX

High-capacity Eurobin Tumbler

Ideal for marinating, coating and infusing ingredients this high capacity Eurobin tumbler is the first tumbler designed to accommodate both 200-litre and 300-litre Eurobins. The tumbler combines a product vacuum with bi-directional rotation to thoroughly mix ingredients whilst minimising the risk of product damage leaving the user with a high quality finished product.

Mixing Eurobin Tumbler

Ideal for mixing, tumbling and blending ingredients this mixing Eurobin tumbler uses a combination of bi-directional and angular mixing actions to produce a homogenous mix whilst reducing the risk of product damage.

TIP / LIFT

Eurobin Tipper

This Eurobin tipper is designed to eliminate manual handling in the process of lifting and emptying Eurobins in their desired location which increases efficiency and also reduces the risk of injury to staff. The tipper is able to accommodate 200 litre and 300 litre Eurobins as well as bowls and tanks making it a versatile piece of equipment.

Equipment available: bolt-down single column lifter, mobile base single column lifter, single column lifter with bump rail, skeletal single column lifter and fully guarded single column lifter.

Single Column Lifter

Lift Eurobins up to a platform or second level using the versatile single column lifter designed to increase efficiency and eliminate manual handling from the lifting process. Compatible with both 200 litre and 300 litre Eurobins as well as wheelie bins, bowls, vessels and tanks this lifter suits a number of different applications.
