• Manufactured to hold 6 knives, or 12 knives and 2 steels.
• Complete with temperature indicator light and built-in thermostat.
• Knives remain thoroughly sterile within the production area.
• Requires ½" BSP inlet and outlet with 10psi minimum pressure.
• Small steriliser is supplied with 2kW element.
• Medium steriliser requires 3.5kW element.
• Wall mounted, featuring removable knife cradle and hinged lid.
