Smoking and Cooking Trolley

Developed for dual smoking and cooking applications involving hanging or tray supported products. Special combination slotted runners offer secure location for either smoke sticks or trays. The single main support feature allows the trolleys to inter-nest when not in use to minimise storage space. Grade 304 stainless steel construction. 7 trays levels, size 985 x 935mm. 136 stick positions x 1000mm long. Runners on 247mm pitch. End upturns for safe tray containment. Pushing handles. Roller bogie base for manoeuvrability. 300ºC Phenolic wheels. Alternative tray capacities, pitches and wheel types available.
