Knife Steriliser

ESSENTIALS

Manufactured to hold 6 knives, or 12 knives and 2 steels. Complete with temperature indicator light and built-in thermostat. Knives remain thoroughly sterile within the production area. Requires ½" BSP inlet and outlet with 10psi minimum pressure. Small steriliser is supplied with 2kW element. Medium steriliser requires 3.5kW element. Wall mounted, featuring removable knife cradle and hinged lid.
